I am running Vista Basic Home. As a user in the administrator group, I want permanent ability to right-click a folder and send it away to Recycle Bin in 1 STEP. No more access-denied, no more having to reboot. Most of the time I can do this but sometimes I get the access denied especially with .NET projects. I've tried the hacks with Take Ownership, change security settings, run windows explorer as admin, none of it works to where I can avoid rebooting.
